TOO LATE FOR REDEMPTION

This is not a poetry about the rhythms
It's time for serious talk, so forget the punchlines
I'm going straight up after the corrupt leaders
Who do nothing than put people in harsh conditions

Have you heard about this golden rule of leadership?
Promise less but make sure you do more
What do we have in our own case?
They promise more but make sure they do less
If your hope is in the youth of this generation
I will suggest you look forward to the coming ones
'Cos this generation is power hungry and driven
Panting after power, but lacking the love to tame it
The stories of the gone corrupt leaders you know how they end
Your don't want me to remind you 'cos you know how much they scare
You run from them like they are monstrous hunting spells
Yet you thread the same path without chariness
If you think religious activity will save you, then you are wrong
You are highly religious but just with your tongue
You claim to be on God's side but to the other's you belong
I hope this is loud enough like the sound of a bell-"DING DONG"
I see it coming, the era of transformation
When people will be tired of doing the observation
And they will lynch you out of frustration
You'd better change your ways before it's too late for redemption
*In 2Face Idibiah's voice* I dedicate this one to all of the shady politicians
*In Sound Sultan's voice* One day bush meat will catch the hunter
*In TY Bello's voice* Raise your hand in the air if you believe the future has come now
